3bd was appointed to provide a design a large basement extension to an existing grade II listed building including a swimming pool, gym, cinema, bar, treatment room and steam room. The garden level includes a new kitchen and a large living space with a frameless curved glass side.

The upper floors include a dining room that overlooks the kitchen and a new master bedroom suite. 3bd in collaboration with (Clear Future: Architecture) have prepared visualisations and construction documentation.
