Mbachi has specific experience in feasibility studies, master planning, residential developments, luxury hotels, leisure, retail, office refurbishments, schools and commercial projects.
His specialist skills include design, physical and digital modeling, planning negotiation, construction detailing and contract administration. Mbachi is based in the Bristol office in the United Kingdom.
In 2008 Mbachi was 1 of 2 Part II students from the University of the West of England nominated for the RIBA Presidents Medal Award.

Dan Flamsteed

Dan has specific experience in feasibility studies, master planning, residential developments, luxury hotel spas, leisure, retail, commercial projects and listed/historical buildings. He also has specific knowledge and expertise in HMO conversions and new builds in Bristol, Oxford and South Gloucestershire. He also co-owns and runs several HMO developments in the UK.
His specialist skills include design, digital modelling, planning negotiation, construction detailing and contract administration. Dan is based in the Bristol office in the United Kingdom.

Sam Rabin

[in]Founding Partner of 3bd LLP with Dan and Mbachi; an award-winning RIBA architecture practice based in Bristol, with work across the UK and overseas.
Sam has a wide variety of experience in sports facilities, equestrian facilities, barn conversions, office refurbishments and residential developments. He also has specific experience and knowledge of the planning issues around equestrian developments on greenbelts and flood zones. He lives in a livery yard between Bristol and Bath and completed a new 3-storey Dutch barn as an equestrian workers’ dwelling in a high-risk flood zone on a greenbelt.
His specialist skills include timber design, planning negotiation, construction detailing and contract administration. He is a keen sailor and a qualified instructor.
Sam is based in the Bristol office in the United Kingdom.
