Caveat
Since early 2021 there has been material cost inflation and as a result construction prices have significantly increased of 25% to 100% to be added on top of the 3bd build/renovation budget estimate. This will inevitably have an effect on the budget, intent and appetite to move forward with the project. The above is a generic rule of thumb type assessment based on a traditional procurement method and is not to be used as the sole information for establishing the feasibility of a project. 3bd accepts no liability for the use of this assessment.
